All orders are shipped within 48 hours, but 99% of the time, we ship the same business day! You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text providing tracking information once your order ships. You can track your order at any time here.
Didn't receive your package?
If you have not received your package within 5-7 days after receipt of your emailed/text shipping notification, please contact us. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the shipment date, it is assumed you have received your package in satisfactory condition. After this time, we cannot guarantee your missing package can be recovered from DHL, FedEx, or USPS and you will still be responsible for the charges.
Although we know you'll love your Lyte apparel, in the event you do not, we'll work with you to facilitate a return or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order as we will not accept any returns or exchanges after that time. Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable. Please also note that returns are subject to return shipping costs (averages $8-12), as well as a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund the original outbound shipping costs (if any applied).
