The impact of COVID-19 is difficult to process as we navigate the uncertainty of the situation on a daily basis. We prioritize the health of our team members and your satisfaction as a customer and community member over all else.
 
We are warehoused and headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and with rising cases of coronavirus in that area, and across the United States, we have temporarily paused shipping operations as of March 18, 2020. We believe that this is the best choice to preserve the health and safety of our employees, who will remain on payroll during their leave.
 
If you place an order after March 18, 2020, your package may be delayed, and will be shipped as soon as it is safe for our team to return back to work. Upon their return, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to ensure the protection of our teams in our distribution centers, and we are so grateful to them for their work and dedication.
